The entire experience takes place in an enclosed, indoor setting. However, it's possible that a portion of the waiting line may be located outside the building.

Your journey through the house will take approximately 30 minutes. The wait time outside the house may range from 30 minutes to an hour.

To ensure an uninterrupted experience, photography and videography are not permitted throughout the duration of your visit. However, you are welcome to take photos of yourself in the designated queue area.

Seating is not available during the experience; the entire journey is completed on foot without interruption. Unfortunately, due to the obstacles encountered along the way, the experience is not accessible to those with limited mobility.

This year, tickets are being sold in time slots. We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved time, so we have time to welcome you and go over the safety guidelines.

Official tickets can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
