In which language is the experience available?

"Night of Terror" is primarily conducted in French. However, our performers can adapt to accommodate you when possible.

Where is the experience located?

The haunted house will be located at Laval 5545 Bd des Rossignols, Laval, QC H7L 5S7.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The entire experience takes place in an enclosed, indoor setting. However, it's possible that a portion of the waiting line may be located outside the building.

How long does the experience last?

Your journey through the house will take approximately 30 minutes. The wait time outside the house may range from 30 minutes to an hour.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes, the venue is equipped with air conditioning.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

During the experience, a story is narrated to you through speakers. However, hearing the story is not essential for participating in the activity. Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals can enjoy an equally thrilling experience within our establishment.

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

For safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate individuals with visual impairments.

Will there be strobe lights?

Yes, some portions of the experience feature bright and/or flashing lights.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Food and beverage not available for purchase.Food and beverages are not available for purchase on-site. Additionally, consuming food or drinks during your visit is not permitted.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

To ensure an uninterrupted experience, photography and videography are not permitted throughout the duration of your visit. However, you are welcome to take photos of yourself in the designated queue area.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?

Seating is not available during the experience; the entire journey is completed on foot without interruption. Unfortunately, due to the obstacles encountered along the way, the experience is not accessible to those with limited mobility.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Bathrooms are available on-site.

Regarding the Access to the Event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

This year, tickets are being sold in time slots. We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved time, so we have time to welcome you and go over the safety guidelines.

What happens if I arrive late?

In the event of arriving late, we cannot guarantee your entry into the home. We will do our best to accommodate you based on availability. Tickets are non-refundable.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not permitted inside the house.

Are service dogs allowed?

Service animals are not permitted inside the home.

Is there an age requirement?

The experience is open to everyone, but we advise against participation for those under the age of 13. Anyone 15 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Is there parking available?

Night of Terror offers private parking. There are also multiple locations nearby where parking is available.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Food, beverages, and the use of electronic devices are prohibited during the experience.

Regarding the Tickets

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Tickets can be purchased on-site if they have not sold out online. Availability is subject to capacity, so we cannot guarantee access.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. All purchases are final.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

Tickets can be exchanged up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of your experience. You may therefore modify the date or time of your ticket based on availability, as long as you do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Is there a Military discount?

There is no military discount.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don't need to print your tickets; they can be found in the Fever app or in your email inbox.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Policies and Guidelines

1. Arrival Time Requirement:

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time.

2. Group Size Policy:

Groups entering the experience should consist of 5 to 7 people. If your group size falls outside this range, you may be combined with other attendees to ensure a complete group.

3. Ticket Presentation:

Remember to have your ticket ready for scanning upon arrival.

4. Sobriety Policy:

Admission will be denied without a refund if you are under the influence of alcohol or any other substances.

5. Alcohol Policy:

Consumption of outside alcohol on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in denied entry without a refund.

6. Mask Prohibition:

Please refrain from wearing masks during the event.

7. Respect for Actors:

Treat our actors with courtesy and respect. Any form of physical, verbal, or sexual harassment, insults, personal attacks, or abuse will not be tolerated. Violation of this policy will result in immediate expulsion from the event without a refund.
